Consultation
Initial Consultation is a process were we meet with you and you let us know the challenges you are facing and we work with you to determine the scope of the project and objective. We will normally meet with the principle and any key stakeholders they feel are necessary to determine the scope and outcome of the project. Normally, we will layout a proposal and a prospective way ahead during the initial consultation. If your needs are complex and require a more formal approach we will develop a formal proposal for your consideration.
Proposal
The proposal process is an interactive process where we develop a plan of action to meet you goals and agree on a fee. At a minimum the proposal will include a plan of action, members of the team, scope of the project, objective, deliverable, change management process, and cost.
Engagement
Engagement is where Ronin Leadership completes the project. The first phase is the initial engagement and assessment and the second phase is recommendation implementation. Phase I normally lasts two to three weeks and Phase II normally lasts 3-6 months. Once the project is complete we will wrap it up and let you get to your business. Our goal is to not just give you a plan of action to solve your immediate needs, but to develop an internal capability within your organization to identify challenges and develop high quality actionable plans on your own.
